Matthew Gordon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Norican Group since March 2023, Matthew previously held the position of HR Director at Mid-State Equipment for ten years, from February 2013 to February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resource Manager at INGETEAM INC and Super Steel Products Corp., as well as HR Manager at MPI Wisconsin Fineblanking & Machining. Matthew began a career in human resources as an Employment Specialist Intern at The Swiss Colony, Inc. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned between 1993 and 1998.
