Allison Bergquist

Allison Bergquist is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality management and patient care coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since January 2023, Allison has previously held significant leadership roles at Sanford Health, including Manager of Ambulatory Care Management and Case Management Nurse, where responsibilities included optimizing patient outcomes and improving operational efficiency. Prior experience also includes roles as Quality Manager at Essentia Health and various managerial positions at Sanford Health, focusing on patient flow and operational leadership. Allison holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Mary and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
