Amber Wibstad

Amber Wibstad has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as Manager of Finance and Team Leader of IT Administration at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since April 2019, after holding the position of Strategy Financial Analyst. Prior to this role, Amber worked at Sanford Health for eight years, progressing from Accounting Analyst to Senior Financial Analyst. Additionally, Amber was a Certified Consultant with Scentsy from December 2013 to June 2015 and worked as an Accounting Analyst at Noridian Mutual Insurance from 2009 to 2011. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Dickinson State University, earned in 2008, and an Associate of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Bismarck State College, completed in 2006.
