Chad Gross

Chad Gross has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Chad currently serves as the Director of Information Security/CISO at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions within the company, including Director of Cyber Security and Information Security Manager.

Before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Chad worked for Noridian Mutual Insurance, where they served as the Manager of Enterprise Systems & Monitoring. Chad also held the positions of Information Services Security Manager, IT Security Team Lead, and Technical Support Analyst IV during their time at Noridian Mutual Insurance.

Earlier in their career, Chad worked at NetWork Center as a Service Manager and Sr Network Analyst. Chad also gained experience at Community First Service Center, where they served as a Network Support Supervisor and Technical Support Analyst. Chad began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Farstad Oil Inc.

Throughout their career, Chad has developed a strong background in information security and management, as well as technical support and analysis.

Chad Gross attended the North Dakota State College of Science from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Information Specialist. Additionally, Chad Gross has certifications in CISM (Certified Information Security Manager®) from ISACA, which they obtained in March 2014.
