Cindy Cooper has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the healthcare and technology sectors, primarily at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager since July 2000, Cindy specializes in implementing and retaining key accounts while providing consultative services alongside brokers and consultants. Past experiences include positions as a Marketing Service Representative, Marketing Specialist, and Provider Network Specialist, showcasing a strong focus on customer service and product knowledge. Prior to this, Cindy held roles at Microsoft as a Professional Educational Coordinator and at Great Plains Software in sales and customer service positions. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education and Sports Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a High School Diploma from Jamestown High School.
