Dani Speer

Dani Speer (Haekenkamp) is an experienced project manager and event planner with a robust background in communications and development. Currently serving as the Caring Foundation and Communications Project Partner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since January 2024, Dani previously held roles as Project Manager at Livewire and Founder of Quirky Event Planning, where unique, attendee-focused experiences were developed. Additional experience includes positions as Development Specialist at the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter and Event Coordinator at Emerging Prairie, overseeing entrepreneurial-focused events and coordinating the largest 1 Million Cups Fargo event. Dani holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Spanish from Concordia College and possesses expertise in community engagement, marketing content creation, and strategic event execution.
