Jayde Schiltz has diverse experience in customer service and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since January 2022 and a Breakfast Attendant at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jayde previously held the position of Manager at Buffalo Wings & Rings, focusing on training new staff and problem-solving in high-pressure situations. Experience also includes bartending at Old Broadway Restaurant with similar training responsibilities and working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Horizon Middle School, providing guidance and support to students. Jayde holds a High School Diploma from Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton Senior High School, completed in May 2015.
