Kimberly Busch

Kimberly Busch is currently the Director of Customer Experience and Delivery at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, starting in December 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Strategy/Operations at Chapter Aesthetic Studio from December 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Aimbridge Hospitality, including Director of Sales Account Development from January to November 2019, Director of Regional Sales from January 2018 to January 2019, and Director of National Sales from September 2017 to January 2018. Kimberly also worked at TMI Hospitality as the Director Of Corporate Sales from September 2016 to September 2017 and as the Director of Sales Center from October 2013 to September 2016. Kimberly'searliest work experience was at Wells Fargo, where they served as a Customer Service Supervisor from September 2011 to October 2013 and as a Customer Service Representative from September 2007 to September 2011.

Kimberly Busch attended Dickinson State University from 2010 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have also achieved certifications in "Forrester Mastering Customer Experience" from Forrester in March 2022 and "Customer Experience Leadership" from LinkedIn in November 2021.
