Mark Tschider

Mark Tschider is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and member experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since July 2010. In this role, Mark leads a team of approximately 300 staff, managing an annual budget of $33 million to oversee claims processing, membership, and customer service functions. Prior to this position, Mark held various leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Customer Support and Claims Administration, and Vice President of Development and Business Strategies, where responsibilities spanned across contract administration, quality assurance, and corporate planning. Mark's diverse background also includes a stint at Corelink Administrative Solutions as a Loaned Executive and foundational experience in marketing during the internship at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Bismarck State College.
