Stacey Nathan

Stacey Nathan has extensive experience in talent development and education, currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since December 2003. In this role, Stacey supports employees across the organization by offering personal and professional development, collaborating with various HR areas to identify training needs. Prior to this, Stacey worked as a Corporate Facilitator, focusing on leadership development and employee onboarding. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Dress Barn, Substitute Teacher at West Fargo Public Schools, and Support Personnel at Precision Computer Systems. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Education from Valley City State University.
