Tracy Mohn

Tracy Mohn is a seasoned professional in behavioral health management with significant experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Behavioral Health at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since December 2012, Tracy has a robust background in providing urgent assessments for psychiatric patients in crisis as a Triage Behavioral Health Therapist at Sanford Health from September 2008 to December 2012. Earlier career contributions include roles as a Behavioral Health Hospital Social Worker and Team Lead of Off Main at Southeast Human Service Center, where Tracy advanced from an intern to leading the Integrated Dual Diagnosis Program. Tracy holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota.
