Dan Schuck

Dan Schuck has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dan has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in technology consulting, financial services, and project management.

Starting in 1991, Schuck worked as a Help Desk Specialist and Network Engineer at UC San Diego. Dan then moved on to Virtual Integrators, where they served as a Relationship Manager and Networking Specialist, managing customer accounts and coordinating multiple projects.

In 1999, Schuck joined LPL Financial as a Director of Advisory Platform Development, overseeing the development and maintenance of enterprise portfolio accounting systems. Dan also played a crucial role in transitioning LPL Advisory Platforms to their self-clearing platform.

At LPL Financial, Schuck held several leadership positions, including VP of Clearing Operations Systems and HR System Development, SVP of Home Office Systems Solutions, SVP of Business Technology Services Operations and CIO Chief of Staff, and SVP of IT Strategy and Transformation. In these roles, they were responsible for managing technology operations, budgeting, vendor management, and business transformation initiatives.

In 2015, Schuck served as an Independent Senior Consultant, specializing in Financial Services practices. Dan provided technology consulting services to various organizations across the country, including mergers and acquisitions due diligence and data management strategic planning.

Later in 2015, Schuck became a Managing Consultant for Norima Consulting's financial services practice. In this position, they provided strategic and advisory consulting services, technology consulting, project execution, and technical resources to companies in the financial services, insurance, utility, and healthcare sectors.
