Megan Bialy

Megan Bialy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Megan worked as a Consultant Project Manager at Norima Consulting Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager/Product Owner at Gryd from January 2022 to August 2022, where they also held the role of Partnerships and Inventory Manager from May 2021 to January 2022.

Before transitioning into consulting and project management roles, Megan was an MBA student at the University of Manitoba from September 2018 to February 2022.

In their earlier career, Megan worked as a Registered Nurse at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) from May 2017 to January 2020, where they managed clinic operations and provided specialized care in areas such as cardiac surgery, cardiology, and emergency medicine. Megan also played a key role in coordinating the physical move of the ACF Surgery Clinic within St. Boniface General Hospital as part of the Transformation Team.

Prior to their role at WRHA, Megan worked as a Registered Nurse at Alberta Health Services from January 2014 to December 2015, where they provided holistic care to patients with orthopedic trauma and orthopedic oncology patients. Megan also administered vaccines and educated clients on their benefits.

Megan Bialy has a diverse education history. Megan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba between 2006 and 2011. In 2012 to 2013, Megan pursued a Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Calgary. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Manitoba from 2018 to 2022, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Supply Chain Management.

In addition to their degrees, Megan has also attained several certifications. In July 2020, they completed the Mimic Pro Digital Marketing Certification from Stukent. Megan also holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2022. Lastly, they are a Registered Nurse, having obtained their certification from the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba in December 2020.
