Tatiana Varlamova has extensive work experience in various roles. Tatiana began their career in 1997 at Stalt as a Technical Expert/Analyst, where they worked until 2006. Tatiana then joined Schneider Electric as a Technical Expert/Analyst from December 2006 to May 2011, followed by a role as a Partner Sales Manager from June 2011 to May 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Tax Professional at H&R Block Canada for four months. Later that year, they joined Norima Consulting Inc., where they held the positions of Quality Assurance Analyst and Senior Consultant, Data Analyst. In their roles at Norima Consulting, they implemented enterprise systems, created documentation, performed analysis and testing, and collaborated in user story reviews.
Tatiana Varlamova completed their education at Red River College Polytechnic from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Certificate with Honours in Business Analyst. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Baltic State Technical University in St. Petersburg, Russia between 1990 and 1996. In addition to their formal education, Tatiana has acquired several certifications, including Scrum Foundations from Scrum Alliance in July 2022, 54.5 total hours of Selenium WebDriver with Java-Basics to Advanced+Frameworks from Udemy in April 2021, ISTQB certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in October 2019, SQL for Data Science from Coursera in May 2019, and Fundamentals of Income Tax from H&R Block Canada in December 2015.
