Jörgen Österberg

Jörgen Österberg is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on real estate financing. As the Founder of Bedrock Nordic since April 2021, Jörgen leads initiatives in the sector. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Finance for Collector since February 2013, significant contributions include origination and underwriting of junior financing for real estate transactions and portfolios in the Nordic region. Jörgen has played a crucial role in establishing Collector as a leading provider of direct junior real estate financing. Additionally, Jörgen is a Partner at Vanir Management, specializing in real estate financing since October 2010. Previous experience includes roles in investor relations at Sveafastigheter and JKL. Jörgen holds a BSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and has educational background from Stockholm University and Saltsjöbadens Samskola.
