Daniela Popkova

Daniela Popkova is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and cost analysis. Currently serving as a Senior General Ledger Accountant/Cost Analyst at Norit Activated Carbon, Daniela has been instrumental in various critical financial tasks including unit cost calculation, inventory reconciliation, and monthly reporting. Prior to this role, Daniela worked at Cabot Corporation, managing month-end closing activities and maintaining fixed asset accounts in JD Edwards. Daniela's experience also includes consultancy work with Runway for BDO Norway and responsibilities at Tieto, focusing on cost distribution and cash accounting. Daniela holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Latvijas Universitate, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
