Pål Normann Johansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Pål most recently served as the Chief Marketing Officer at NORKART AS, starting in February 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Telenor Norge AS for a significant part of their career. From January 2014 to January 2017, they held the position of Director Partner and Distribution. Before that, they served as the Director Partners from May 2004 to December 2013. Pål also held the role of Sales Director Managed Services from November 2002 to April 2004 at Telenor Norge AS.

Pål Normann Johansen has a diverse education history spanning several decades. Pål started their education journey in 1978 at Berg Upper Secondary School, where they completed their secondary education. Johansen then went on to study at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1981 to 1987, earning a degree in Telecommunications as a Sivilingeniør.

Following their undergraduate studies, Johansen attended BI Norwegian Business School from 1989 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Bedriftsøkonom. Continuing their education, they enrolled in the Erickson Coaching International in 2009, where they completed the TASC Module 1-5 and became an Erickson Professional Coach (EPC).

In more recent years, Johansen pursued further professional development by attending IMD in 2015. There, they completed the Program Leveraging Strategic Partnership (LSP). Lastly, in 2016, Johansen took part in the INSEAD-Strategy Execution Online Programme offered by INSEAD.

Through their diverse education history, it is apparent that Johansen has sought to continuously enhance their knowledge and skills in various fields, including telecommunications, business, coaching, and strategic partnership.
