NORKART AS
Therese Midthjell currently serves as Direktør Konsulent og kundestøtte at Norkart AS, a position held since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Director Customer Excellence and Director of Customer Center at Sikri from January 2020 to May 2025. At EVRY, Midthjell worked from April 2008 to January 2020, progressing from Konsulent to Teamleder ECM Support and ultimately to Head of Department ECM Support at EVRY ASA. Academically, Midthjell has earned several Master of Management degrees from BI Norwegian Business School, including specializations in Samspill og ledelse (2014-2016), Anvendt økonomi og ledelse (2013-2014), and Prosjektledelse (2012-2013), along with a recent degree in Bærekraft i praksis in 2023.
