Stan Weismiller

Stan Weismiller is an experienced professional currently serving as the Equipment Director at NorLand Limited since January 2022. Previously, Stan held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mainland Group of Companies from November 2020 to October 2021 and served as Executive Vice President at Mainland Sand & Gravel ULC, dba Winvan Paving, from May 2017 to April 2020. In the latter role, Stan was responsible for managing a team of 150, developing and overseeing an annual budget exceeding $45 million, and managing an asphalt manufacturing facility along with over 100 pieces of equipment. Stan holds a Gold Seal in Project Management, Road Building & Heavy Construction from the Canadian Construction Association (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Simon Fraser University (1977-1981).
