Charlotte Hoyland

Charlotte Hoyland has extensive experience in human resources and customer service management. Currently serving as HR Leder at Norled AS since October 2021, Charlotte previously held the position of Avdelingsleder kundesenteret at Lyse from April to October 2021. Prior roles include Head of Originate Operation at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics from September 2014 to March 2021, following the bank's rebranding from GE Money Bank, where Charlotte managed customer service as Leder for kundeservice from March 2011 to September 2014 and worked as an HR Generalist from 2005 to March 2011. Charlotte holds a degree from Handelshøyskolen BI, completed in 2003.
