Chet Mancini

Chet Mancini is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and product management within AI and data-driven environments. Currently serving as Technical Director for Platform Engineering at Norm Ai since September 2025, Chet focuses on client engagement, implementation strategy, and scaling LLM inference. Chet also advises graduate students at Cornell University College of Engineering as a Crit Advisor since February 2017. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Carta, overseeing AI Products and the Data Ecosystem, and leading engineering teams at Simon Data, where responsibilities encompassed API platform management and real-time streaming data products. Chet's career trajectory spans various positions from Data Engineer to Software Developer and includes a strong academic foundation with an M.Eng. in Computer Science from Cornell University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Wheaton College.
