Halil Ibrahim CAGIRKAN has work experience as a Backend Developer at Norm Digital since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at MEG Bilişim Yazılım Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. in August and September 2021. Halil Ibrahim also had an Internship at Sisbim Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. from July to September 2018.

Halil Ibrahim Cagirkan began their education at Ege University in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Ziraat Muhendisligi (Agricultural Engineering) from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they enrolled in Ege University again from 2016 to 2018 to obtain an Associate Degree in Computer Programming.

In 2018, Halil Ibrahim Cagirkan enrolled in Dokuz Eylul University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, which they are expected to complete by 2022.

Halil Ibrahim also obtained a certification in "Hayat Okulu" from EGİAD (a specific institution) in March 2018.
