Eric Salansky

Eric Salansky is an experienced professional in quality management and environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Global Director of Integrated Management Systems, Quality & EHS at NORMA Group since July 2017. Previously, Eric held the position of Director of Quality, EHS Americas at Webasto-Edscha Cabrio USA, Inc., where responsibilities included promoting quality achievement and overseeing compliance with legal and customer requirements within the NAFTA region. With prior roles including Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Supervisor at Karmann Manufacturing, as well as Quality Engineer positions at Johnson Controls and Bridgewater Interiors, Eric has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, supplier management, and strategic quality planning across various sectors in the automotive industry.
