Caroline Jonsson is a seasoned professional currently serving as Production Manager at Norma Precision AB since August 2021 and as the Owner of Carolean Consulting AB since September 2014, focusing on change management, development projects, and project management to create cost-effective and quality-assured processes for clients. Caroline has a strong background in operational excellence, having held various roles such as Consultant at Puzzle as Brand, HSEQ Manager at Metso Fiber Karlstad AB, and Production/Quality Engineer at Metso Fiber Service Center AB. Additionally, Caroline has experience in project leadership, operational development, and production engineering from previous positions at Stål & Verkstad, Metso Kamfab AB, and Kvaerner Kamfab AB. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, completed in 2005.

We are NORMA and to us the pursuit of perfection is an everyday commitment. In the small Swedish village of Åmotfors, in a northern forest region called Värmland, we’ve been developing and manufacturing absolutely top-notch ammunition for over 110 years. We continuously work to improve our products. At our ballistics department alone, 200,000 shots are fired every year, all in order to further improve quality and stay ahead of the game. Our gunsmith manufactures more than 200 rifle barrels a year in our workshop, for extensive testing of our ammunition. It’s a never-ending endeavor for perfection, barrel by barrel and bullet by bullet. Our promise to you rests on all of this.
