Srinath Menon has a diverse and extensive work experience in various technical roles. Srinath began their career as an Associate Consultant at Polaris Software Lab, where they focused on the development and enhancement of the ESOP platform for Solomon Smith and Barney. Srinath then joined Oracle as a Senior Software Engineer, where they gained expertise in the Oracle ECM Suite of Products and integration concepts for ECM with security realms and various Oracle applications. Srinath later transitioned to the role of Principal Software Engineer at Oracle, providing technical support for Oracle Identity and Access Management products, including OIM connectors and Webcenter Content suite.

In 2021, Srinath joined Snowflake as a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, specializing in Database Security and Authentication Management. Their responsibilities included providing technical product support to customers worldwide, assisting with role-based access model design, authentication and authorization, and driver connections from client applications. Srinath also played a key role in configuring SAML SSO for seamless user login across different IDPs.

Currently, Srinath is working at Normalyze as a Customer Success and Support Engineer.

Srinath Menon completed their secondary education at Campion School from 1987 to 2001. Srinath then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Mar Athanasius College of Engineering from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Srinath obtained several certifications including Big Data Programming and Big Data Foundations from IBM in May 2016 and April 2016 respectively. Srinath also received the Oracle WebCenter Content 11g Certified Implementation Specialist certification in January 2016.
