Annabel Hooton

Annabel directs the HR Practice at Norman Broadbent. With over a decade of cross-sector recruitment experience, she has consulted clients globally, with a particular focus on the big 4 consultancies. HR & Operations have always been at the core of Annabel's experience.

Over the last decade, Annabel has curated genuine partnerships, operating as a trusted advisor to business and candidates alike. This is reflected in her deep cross-sector network and the number of long-term clients she continues to work with to this day.

She has built a proven track record for global delivery across both permanent and interim resourcing with a dedication towards change management and scale–ups. A core tenet to Annabel’s approach is to champion diversity & inclusion alongside cultural transformation, believing that these are foundational aspects to organisational success.

Outside of work, Annabel loves to explore new places and lived in Australia for over four years. She is a competitive hockey player and aspiring Bake-Off contestant - she is adamant she would win star baker on brownie week!
