Kevin is the CEO of Norman Broadbent and has over 20 years of international experience in building executive search and leadership advisory businesses. He has lived and worked in Aberdeen, Houston, and London and from these locations also built successful practices in Canada, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa.
Aside from his broader leadership responsibilities, Kevin leads the board practice and continues to be very hands-on in the delivery of search assignments and advisory projects with a particular passion for executive coaching.
Kevin holds an MSc in Economic Development and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. He is a qualified executive coach (Meyler Campbell with distinction) and a licensed practitioner of psychometric assessment tools MBTI and Hogan. Kevin also holds a Diploma in Non-Executive Directorship from the Financial Times. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Operation Eyesight (UK), a charity focused on the eradication of avoidable blindness across Africa and India. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Robert Gordon University Foundation.
