Mehr Malik

Mehr is Chief Financial Officer and leads the finance and human resources functions within Norman Broadbent. She has extensive experience of working within global businesses and is passionate about working within diverse, people-centred, collaborative businesses.

Most recently Mehr was working as a portfolio CFO, supporting growth within dynamic and innovative VC, PE & privately backed businesses across professional services, technology, and life sciences. She also supported the exit of an international business to a NASDAQ listed software company. Prior to this, Mehr was CFO for a fast-growing award-winning consulting firm, where she applied her past experiences of working within FTSE 100 businesses to scale and strengthen the business.

Mehr qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW). She enjoys travelling, especially to Italy, and recently learnt to make coffee like a barista while enrolling her husband onto a pasta making course!
