Mike Wallace

Michael leads Norman Broadbent’s Life Sciences practice supporting and advising clients across all their service offerings, ranging from executive search through to interim, consulting and research & insight. Historically, Michael has deep sector expertise across life sciences as well as energy, engineering, and construction, and continues to advise clients within these areas.

Prior to joining Norman Broadbent Group, Michael was Group Sales Director for an international talent solutions business, specialising in servicing the energy and life sciences sectors where he supported large enterprise organisations, SMEs and PE-backed businesses. During his 20-year career Michael has held multiple leadership roles, managing teams across Europe, Africa, and APAC.

Michael is a graduate of Liverpool John Moores University. Away from the office and with a love for the outdoors Michael can often be found pursuing his passion for cycling or enjoying one of many other outdoor pursuits. As a father of three young daughters the remainder of his spare time is often spent enjoying time together as a family.
