Sean Buchan

Sean Buchan has held various leadership roles in the Professional Services industry for over 16 years. Sean is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Norman Broadbent Plc and previously served as the Group Managing Director at the same company. Prior to that, Sean was the Co Founder & Managing Partner-EMEA at Ducatus Partners and held multiple roles at Maxwell Drummond International. Sean's career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays Energy. Sean attended Brooke Weston CTC from 1991 to 1998.
