Wayne Poulton

Wayne is a Director in the Finance Practice at Norman Broadbent Group. He works closely with listed, privately owned, and PE-backed clients across a variety of industries, but with a key focus on Technology, Financial Services, and Consumer and Business Services organizations. The leadership roles he is responsible for include CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Audit, Corporate Development / M&A, and senior Strategy appointments. Wayne also has a track record of working with clients on succession planning initiatives and building out Finance and Strategy teams.

Before joining Norman Broadbent, Wayne focussed on Finance and Strategy assignments with a UK-based boutique search firm. Prior to this Wayne spent 10 years with an international executive recruitment firm in London and Australia giving him considerable international search experience across Europe and APAC.

Wayne holds a First Class Economics degree from the University of Nottingham.
