Celia Perkins

Celia Perkins currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing Communication at the Norman Chamber of Commerce, a position held since December 2021, where efforts focus on supporting economic opportunities and community enrichment. Prior experience includes roles as a Web Designer for the University of Oklahoma Outreach and the University of Oklahoma College of Professional and Continuing Studies, overseeing the design and maintenance of numerous program websites. Perkins also contributed as the Director of Communications at the Gaylord College of Journalism & Mass Communication, enhancing awareness of college programs and accomplishments. Previous positions include Marketing Specialist at the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority and Communications/Publications Manager at the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, among others. Celia Perkins holds an MA in Strategic Communication from the University of Oklahoma, a BS in Journalism/Advertising with a minor in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Communications from Oklahoma City Community College.
