So you run a business (a great one!), but might find yourself or your team drowning in a sea of financial minutiae. There’s just so much to do that you may worry that something might fall through the cracks if you don’t keep up. You might be spending a lot of time with “making the numbers work” instead of “making the numbers work for you.” Your financials may feel like a messy, confusing black box of numbers you dread interacting with. At the end of the day, you want your business to be profitable and sustainable – is that too much to ask?
That’s where Norman Professional Services can come in! Together, we take away the stress over cashflow by focusing on exactly the nuggets of information they need to make smart business decisions that grow the bottom line, increase their own compensation and give them more time freedom.
Let our team of financial experts be the ones dealing with the details and funneling up reports that truly help you so you could focus on your company. And we’re not just any experts – we teach and elevate the financial literacy of clients. We want you to understand what’s going on (even if you’re not the one doing it!) so you can make more informed decisions. We understand and translate CPA talk in ways that make sense to you.
No more mess. No more confusion. No more black box.
Our services include:
♦ OUTSOURCED ACCOUNTING: Get yourself out of the weeds of emails and bills. Let us handle day-to-day bookkeeping with invoices, vendors, and payroll.
♦ ELEVATED CONTROLLER: Feel confident that your books reflect reality with our quality-reviewed financial report delivery. And we’ll help make sure you’re ready for your CPA come tax time.
♦ YOUR FIRST CFO: Let us bring our expertise in defining/tracking KPIs and forecasting/monitoring financial expectations for revenues, expenses, labor needs, and your own compensation.
Don’t settle for accountants you can’t understand, or bookkeepers who don’t improve your business. Let NPS be your guide by your side!
