Karen Jagdeo

Karen Jagdeo is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in civil engineering. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at Norman Rourke Pryme since September 2021, Karen has held various project management roles throughout a career that includes significant positions at SANRAL, Mott MacDonald PDNA, and Hatch. At SANRAL, responsibilities included managing approximately 10 multi-million rand projects, conducting road safety assessments, and engaging in construction dispute analysis. Previous experience also encompasses roles as a Highways Design Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, and Graduate Site Engineer. Karen holds a BSc Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed in 2014.
