Eric Montminy

Eric Montminy began their work experience in 1989 as an actuary at AON (previously MLH+A). In 1998, they became the President of Normandin Beaudry, where they currently hold the position.

Eric Montminy attended Université Laval from 1985 to 1988, where they studied Actuariat. In 2019, they enrolled at the Harvard Business School for a short program on Leading Professional Service Firms, focusing on business leadership.
