Andy Wells has a diverse work experience, starting in 1991 as a Staff Accountant at Frost, Ruttenberg & Rothblatt. Andy then moved on to work as a Staff Accountant at Mark Cantey Associates from 1993 to 1997, gaining experience in various aspects of small businesses. Finally, Andy became the President of Normandy Remodeling in 1997, where they oversee daily operations and manages a team of departmental managers. Andy'sfocus is on maintaining financial stability and promoting a positive company culture.

Andy Wells attended the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a BS degree in Accounting.
