Laura Weaver

Laura Weaver serves as the Elementary School Principal at Normandy Schools Collaborative since August 2014, providing leadership and guidance to the school community while establishing goals for effective teaching and learning. Weaver has held several positions within the educational sector, including Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and School Counselor, accumulating extensive experience in administrative duties, personnel evaluation, and faculty recruitment. An educator since 1997, Weaver holds multiple degrees in educational leadership, counselor education, curriculum and instruction, and political science from institutions such as Lindenwood University and Grambling State University.
