Norman R. Campbell

Norman R. Campbell is an experienced safety and security professional currently serving as the Safety and Security Coordinator for Normandy Schools Collaborative since March 2021. Previously, Campbell held the position of Chief of Police for the City of Northwoods from October 2018 to March 2021. An extensive career in law enforcement includes a role as a Police Lieutenant with the St. Louis County Police Department from July 1994 to January 2016, where assignments included Detail Commander for the City of Dellwood, Commander of the Bureau of Security Services, and Watch Commander for the Division of Patrol, among others. Norman R. Campbell's educational background is from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
