Evan Farbstein

Evan Farbstein has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Evan began their career as a Visitor Center Intern and Tour Guide at UC Santa Barbara. In 2017, they became a Contributing Writer for Tidningen Lundagård, where they wrote stories about tech and the tech startup scene in Southern Sweden. Evan also worked as a Story Producer for StoryTourist and a Content & Social Media Coordinator for Malmö Startups in the same year. In 2018, they were a Content Writing Consultant for Maxify • the startup studio and in 2019 they worked as a Copywriter for Oatly. In 2020, they became a Content Manager & Copywriter (English) for PinMeTo, where they wrote social media posts, articles, case studies, press releases, job postings, and hosted the Let's Talk Local video & audio podcast. In 2021, they took on the same role at Normative.io.

Evan Farbstein's education history includes attending Malmö University from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Creative Writing. Evan also attended Lund University in 2013, where they completed a Study Abroad program in Natural Geography. From 2011 to 2014, they attended UC Santa Barbara and earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography. Additionally, they attended Spitfire Flight School from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Private Pilot's License (FAA). Finally, in September 2019, they obtained a certification from LinkedIn for Shane Snow on Storytelling.
