Leo Thomas

Leo Thomas has a solid background in operations and leadership in the restaurant industry. Leo most recently held the position of Vice President of Operations at NORMS Restaurants. Prior to that, they worked at Yadav Enterprises as the Chief Operating Officer, where they led a team of Directors and managed multiple restaurant brands. Additionally, Leo served as the Vice President of Operations at Denny's and held various roles at Starbucks, including Regional Director and District Manager. Throughout their career, they consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, maintain a positive guest experience, and uphold the values and guiding principles of each company.
