Darlene Deptula-Hicks

Darlene Deptula-Hicks serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Normunity since June 2023 and has been the Chief Financial Officer and Business Owner at Crimson Consulting, LLC since January 2018. Darlene has held various significant roles in the biotechnology sector, including serving as Chief Financial Officer at Greywolf Therapeutics and F-Star Therapeutics, along with positions on boards such as Aerami Therapeutics, Abcuro, Inc., Giner Life Sciences, and Xenetic Biosciences, where Darlene also chaired audit committees. Darlene holds an MBA from Rivier University and a BS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, with additional education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
