Elin Skumsvoll Hauge

Elin Skumsvoll Hauge is a Norwegian businesswoman and entrepreneur. Elin is currently a board member at Nornir, a position they have held since 2020.

Elin has a long history of working with startups and scaleups, dating back to their time with Consilience Ventures. With Consilience, Elin helped technology startups and scaleups grow their businesses internationally. In this role, Elin was responsible for business model and strategy development, commercial approach, market communication, sales capabilities, and business culture competence.

In 2019, Elin joined Antler as an advisor. In this role, they coached founders on business and go-to-market strategy, artificial intelligence, and pitch and presentation skills.

Elin is also a mentor at BIRD Incubator and The Female Factor.

Elin Skumsvoll Hauge has a Master of Science in Organic Agriculture from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, a Master of Science in Management Science & Operational Research from University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, and a part of MEng / Siv.ing in Physics from The University of Manchester. Elin is also a certified NLP Trainer from Leading Edge AS, an NLP Master Practitioner from NLP Leadership AS (now Leading Edge AS), and a Certified Personal Trainer from Akademiet for Personlig Trening (AFPT).
