Geir Lolleng

Geir Lolleng is an accomplished legal and corporate professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Legal Representative at LithiumWerks in Changzhou and Suzhou since 2018, Lolleng also holds the position of Chairman at Helmword Ltd, a firm dedicated to protecting companies' and executives' online reputations, a role held since May 2010. Previously, Lolleng was the CEO of the private consultancy Azzets from 2009 to 2011 and led Depicta/Delling, a media production outsourcing company listed on the London Stock Exchange, from 2003 to 2008. Lolleng's early career included significant roles as a Partner and Managing Partner in various law firms, notably Steenstrup Stordrange, where a focus on employment and copyright law was complemented by involvement in firm management. Lolleng holds a law degree, Cand jur, from the University of Oslo.
