Paul D. Scott

Paul D. Scott has a diverse work experience. Paul D. started their career in 2005 at ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston as a Program Director and Manager, where they managed plants, trained new managers, and worked on M&A projects. Paul D. later joined Smith Frozen Foods, Inc. in 2012 as part of the Agriculture and Procurement team, overseeing annual contracting and cropping plans for vegetable crops. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Operations at NORPAC Foods, Inc. More recently, in 2020, they joined Lineage Logistics as the Director of Operations Excellence, specializing in climate-controlled infrastructures and processing partnerships. Additionally, from 2005 to 2020, Paul was the owner and operator of HaydenKirk Farms.

Paul D. Scott completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Consumer Business and Finance from the University of Wyoming between the years 1989 and 1994.
