Abeli Fataki

Abeli Fataki is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction supervision. Currently employed at intec - GOPA-International Energy Consultants since December 2018, Abeli oversees the Kenya-Tanzania Power Interconnection Project (KTPIP). Concurrently, Abeli has been a Site Civil Engineer at Norplan since July 2013, focusing on the construction of the Kinyerezi I-150MW gas-fired power generation plant. Previous roles include self-employment in Tanzania and serving as a Resident Engineer at Unitec Civil Consultants LTD from September 2016 to November 2018, where Abeli supervised the construction of a bridge along the Tagamenda-Kilolo road. Abeli holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam, completed in 2006.
