Nicholaus Mzeru

Nicholaus Mzeru is a seasoned civil engineer specializing in highway and structural engineering, currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer / Highway Engineer at Norplan Consulting Engineers and Planners since August 2013. Key contributions include overseeing the construction of significant infrastructure projects such as the upgrading of roads to bitumen standards and the construction of a gas power plant.
