Scott Hagen is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Norplex since October 2020. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Chief Operating Officer at D & M Plastics, LLC from June 2009 to September 2020. With a background in quality management, Scott also served as the Director of Operations and Quality Manager at D&M Plastics Corporation from March 2000 to June 2009. With a strong educational background, Scott holds an MBA in Business Administration from Kaplan University and a B.S. in Information Systems from Columbia College. Prior to their roles in plastics manufacturing, Scott worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at OTTO Engineering from August 1994 to March 2000.
