Frank Panici

Vice President, Health Sciences, North America at NORR

For more than 28 years, Frank has been building valued relationships with his clients. He has a great appreciation for architecture and the value of design in creating health and wellness within our projects. Combining his creative and technical skills, he seeks to achieve optimal building solutions for his clients. He specializes in leading multi-disciplinary teams in collaborative environments and has delivered complex design projects in multiple market sectors. Currently, with eight major hospital clients, including UHN Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, St. Michael’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Health Centre and Michael Garron Hospital, his portfolio of work speaks to his commitment in delivering projects that are flawlessly designed, professionally managed and skillfully executed.

As Vice President at NORR, Frank leads the Health Sciences Studio. He is guided by human-centric and evidence-based design where healing environments place patients at the center of their care. He works to identify emerging influences, forecasting adoption of technology and fully understand the implications of market dynamic forces, such as value-based care, human centric design and other opportunities that require alignment in the ways that we deliver care. Frank has led significant design projects: Peter Gilgan Patient Care Tower at St. Michael’s Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital Redevelopment Project, Princess Margret Cancer Centre Space Transformation, St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Michael Garron Hospital, The Science Research and Innovation Facility at the University of Windsor and the Canadian Blood Services Facility in Calgary, AB.
