Katelyn Lee

Katelyn Lee has extensive experience in project coordination and human resources management. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at NORR since August 2016, Katelyn previously held various roles in property administration and office management, including positions at Colonnade Management and Orbis Risk Consulting. Katelyn studied Human Resource Management at Algonquin College, focusing on best practices in employee relations, health and safety, and recruitment processes, following a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Sociology and Psychology from Nipissing University. Additionally, Katelyn's experience includes managing HRIS systems and facilitating employee engagement initiatives, demonstrating a well-rounded background in both HR and administrative functions.
