Kevin Cooper

Kevin is passionate about all aspects of creative design. During his 30-year career as an architect, he has maintained a hands-on role in the design process in multiple diverse and innovative projects. Kevin’s specialty is education facilities within NORR’s Education Studio. His signature projects include Notre Dame High School, Port Glasgow Community Campus and ground-breaking new secondary schools in Perth and West Calder in Scotland. Kevin also has experience in Sports & Recreation, recently working on a large leisure development in Arrochar, located in the Scottish Highlands.

His passion for design transcends to his personal life, where he designed his own award-winning home. As well, he is a regular visiting critic and guest lecturer at both the Duncan of Jordanstone and Mackintosh Schools of Architecture. Kevin is a long standing member of Architecture & Design Scotland’s National Design Review Panel and was elected a Fellow of the RIAS in 2017.
